Hostess yesterday for the first time in PartyLite candle invitations and some wanted to bake goodies. We went skiing holiday in Yllas with me and then grabbed mm. bottle of Lapland Ice cream sauce. That's what makes, then I got the idea to make gelatinized varnish / cloudberry / suomuurainkakkua, just how :) but I also wanted to bring a piece of cake to my good friend who is planning to hääkakukseen lacquer cake. The recipe was created by modifying a few hyydykekakun recipe. And if the "flavor honeycomb of a panel" is to be believed as a good days approach honeycomb was the result :)
Place the gelatin in cold water to soak in just over 10 min. Whip the cream until soft peaks + sugar. Add cream cheese and vanilla among the cloudberry liqueur. Squeeze the water out of the gelatin and melt them in boiling water. Allow to cool for a minute and pour the gelatin in a thin strip, stirring constantly with cream cheese set. Add mass end of the whipped cream gently stirring. Pour the mass springform cake tin and leave to set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Prepare mica: Place the gelatin honeycomb to soak for about 10 minutes to more than cold water. Squeeze the water out and melt in boiling water. Mix the gelatin lakkasoseen the ranks of a thin string. Pour into springform cake tin and leave to set for at least 4 hours. Carefully remove the Cake tin and decorate as desired.
I made a chocolate cake with the edge of the decal sheet, and white chocolate. That is, the melted white chocolate spread with a palette honeycomb knife for example, an appropriately sized piece of foil on top and then the film is rotated around the cake. (If you want to get around the edge of the film the whole cake, I recommend to do it on two separate honeycomb pieces. You can get a much easier task transferring film! Or ask apukäsiä this stage ;)) The cake is then transferred to the fridge for a while and when the white chocolate has hardened, the film gently removed the cake from the edge.
