This series used the same panels and machines as well as the first signs of Vilnius, the numbers change honeycome thicker. Printed M.Kuktos Printing House. Printed honeycome in sheets of 120 115 mm. Yellowing newsprint no watermarks, no glue. There have been many counterfeits as primitively printed characters are all different and have a few strains. (Lithuanian postage stamps in 1991, Vilnius)
